Making the Most of your Appointment

Your appointment!
I want you to get the most out of your appointment; to do this -
- Bring a picture or photo of you desired style - this will help me to achieve your desired look.
- Leave at least 24 hours between washing your hair and your appointment - freshly washed hair can be awkward to style. If you hair gets exceptionally greasy within a 24 hour period then please wash it the morning of your appointment.
Where are you? Unless otherwise stated you can find me at: Flint, 16 Bridewell Alley, Norwich, NR2 1AQ. What the best hair cut for vintage styles?
Of course, this depends on what sort of style you are looking for, but layered hair is usually best, especially if you want a curly look. The layering ensures that the curls/waves are visible in at least the bottom third of the hair, without the layering the curl tends to sit at the very bottom of the hair.
What is the best hair length?
Again, this depends on the style you are looking to achieve. If you are looking for finger waves, which is a 1930's style, then hair should be between your jaw line and sitting on your shoulders, but sometimes this look can be achieved with longer hair by pinning it in a way that makes it appear short.
If you are in any doubt, please ask me and I can advise. I would hate for you to turn up for your appointment and it not be possible for your desired style to be achieved due to insufficient/excess hair length.
