It has always been Flamingo Amy’s policy to treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves. Customer service is a top priority. I appreciate that small print is not enjoyable and often complicated to read, so not only to add to my creditability but also to fall in line with the law, I offer a readable and understandable version. You should note that your statutory rights are not affected under the current consumer protection laws.

Data & Privacy

The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored and is only used to carry out your instruction and action your payment. There is no circumstances in which your information might be passed on to a third party.

 

Supply

I undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web Pages within 5 working days of you placing your order. I aim to keep all listed items in stock, but at busy time’s items maybe out of stock. If this is the case I aim to contact you as soon as possible and either give you a timescale within which I can supply you with your order or offer you a full refund. If you have an urgent order it is advisable to contact me via phone (before 4pm weekdays) on 07951 93355 to discuss your order.

 

Contact

I will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties in processing your order.

 

Delivery

Obviously you the customer recognise that I do rely on Royal Mail’s postal service to deliver your item. Whereas I have rarely had a complaint about the quality of my goods, there has been a small number of occasions when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not arrived. As soon as I have learned of this I have always offered a replacement parcel – providing that the goods are available for dispatch. If this item is not available then a refund will be offered in the method that your payment was made.

 

Returns and Refunds

In the event of loss or dissatisfaction with the item supplied, please return your item, unworn, within 14 days. Please obtain a certificate of postage (available free from the Post Office) for all returns so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. When your item is received by Flamingo Amy then you will be refunded in full in the method that you paid. 

 

Complaints

Flamingo Amy doesn’t have a procedure – that’s because it hasn’t ever got to that stage! Customer service is a top priority and if you feel you need to make one you will be contacted promptly to resolve the situation.

 

Law and Jurisdiction

Any contract for your purchase from Flamingo Amy is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of England, and you agree that such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Packaging

Nearly all of the items from Flamingo Amy will be posted to you in a box. This is because Royal Mail cannot be trusted not to squash your purchase! I also use packing of some sort to protect your item/s. I want them to be delivered to you in perfect condition.
